Hello. I’m Justin Camp,
and I’m glad you’re here.
I co-founded Gather Ministries with my wife, Jenn, and serve as the editor-in-chief of the multi-award-winning Rapt Interviews online magazine. I also wrote the WiRE for Men email devotional and The WiRE Series for Men, three books from David C Cook. Other writing has been featured on Charisma, Moody Radio, Focus on the Family, GOD TV, The Christian Post, Crosswalk, Beliefnet, LifeWay Men, Outreach Magazine and CBN. In all these, I have the privilege of encouraging and equipping men and women to pursue God more earnestly and enjoy more of His goodness and love.
It’s both an honor and a joy.
On the personal front, Jenn and I have been married for nearly 30 years and have three college-aged children. She’s the love of my life, and we enjoy exploring the beauty of the West and the world’s great cities. Here are a few of my favs: Philz Coffee, Arkansas barbecue, ramen, dim sum, Mexican street corn, bebop and hard bop, backpacking and fly fishing the West, Moby Dick, Crime and Punishment, Monty Python, Italo-Westerns and Hitchcockian suspense.
Prior to ministry, I managed an early-stage Silicon Valley venture firm, investing in some amazingly talented entrepreneurs, and worked at Cravath, Swaine & Moore, a Wall Street law firm. I have a JD from the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in economics and political science from UCLA.
